2 YEAR TARNISH FREE GUARANTEE

We will replace your jewellery free of charge if there is any signs of tarnishing.
Please note:

• The guarantee doesn’t cover damage due to normal wear, loss or theft of the jewellery.
• Scratches, nicks and dents for general wear are inevitable and are not considered tarnish.
• Discolouration of the piece due to exposure to chemicals (through contact with cleaning products, perfumes, bleach, cosmetic products, chlorine from swimming pools, hot tubs, etc) won’t be covered.
• Exposure to any unreasonable force or harmful conditions, improper wear/care, and improper storage are not covered.

If you notices signs of tarnishing, please take photos or videos where we can see the fault of the product in question and email our customer service team with the details

Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item will result in the cancelation of the request.

After we inspect the images/videos and confirm the tarnishing we’ll send a return label via email.

Failure to send the piece back will result in the cancelation of the request.

If after the inspection, the damage is deemed not caused by a manufacturing defect we won’t replace the piece and you’ll have to pay the postage cost to get it back.
